economics

hARTS’s newest subject-specific chapter

Hi, my name is Eva Popescu and I am currently a student at the French School of Bucharest. I am happy to be the chief of the economy department, a new category that I am looking forward to developing, in tight collaboration with other gifted journalists, at Harts magazine.  I developed interests in economics since I began studying this subject, back in secondary school.  My passion for this field has driven me into choosing to study economics at a higher level in high school, taking a business and finance course in a summer school in London and completing a finance education course organized by the National Bank of Romania. The desire to learn more about economics has conducted me into choosing to pursue my higher education studies in this particular course. To me, the beauty of economics lies in its ability to merge both mathematics and social Sciences. I am convinced that the greatest challenges that Humankind will face from now on, will be of economic nature. I am fascinated by the on-going complex issues that strong economies face nowadays, and I can’t wait to share some of them with you! I hope you will enjoy my work.
